An account mainly saves your profile, lets you resume application files, and enables approval of paid or external actions.

Yes. You can prepare a profile, review pricing, and frame a job posting without automatic payment. A paid action must display its price before charging, and external action remains separate from preparation.

That is not a blocker. Paste an imperfect or short version: ReisMaker should clarify what genuinely exists, flag weak points, and avoid inventing experience. A simple truthful resume is better than an inflated application.

A general-purpose tool can help write. ReisMaker structures the complete workflow: profile, criteria, job postings, diagnosis, documents, visible price, anti-invention safeguards, and approval before action.

No. ReisMaker helps organize the search, target job postings more effectively, and prepare clearer documents. Hiring decisions belong to employers.

No. The service can help improve application quality and method, but it does not control interview decisions.

Only after your explicit agreement to a specific 24-hour campaign, with a visible cap and no more than 10 files. Eligible emails may then be sent; forms are prepared, but you always keep the final click. A sign-in, CAPTCHA, missing personal answer, or site rule stops only the affected job posting.

No. ReisMaker must rephrase, clarify, and structure your real experience. If something is weak, ReisMaker must flag it or present it plainly: a truthful profile is preferable to an inflated one. It must not invent an employer, degree, skill, language, certification, date, responsibility, or result.

The price, deliverable type, and terms are presented before payment. If pricing is unavailable, the paid action remains closed: no amount is charged, and you may continue preparing the profile, resume, or job posting before reloading pricing.

Credits are an optional rechargeable balance, not an alternative currency or subscription. They only avoid repeating a small Stripe payment; each action keeps its price visible and requires your approval before use.

No. Individual actions remain separate from the wallet and optional subscriptions. No subscription is required to create a profile or view pricing. If you later activate a plan, it remains manageable or cancellable in the Stripe portal when available.

No. Signing in creates no payment. Google, Microsoft, or email is used only to open a secure session. If a method is missing or unavailable, use the method shown on the Account page, or continue reviewing pricing and preparing your profile without payment.

There is no automatic refund. For purchases governed by the August 1, 2026 policy, no voluntary refund is provided for a simple change of mind. If the wallet's total purchased balance is CAD 5.00 or less, it is refunded in full on request; above CAD 5.00, it is not refundable for a simple change of mind. A fully delivered service is not voluntarily refundable. Earlier purchases keep the policy accepted at purchase, and mandatory rights continue to apply. If Stripe confirms payment but the deliverable remains unavailable, check the Payment page and then contact the listed support channel.

After a confirmed or pending payment, remain on the Payment page if it is open. Use the displayed return button to the application file; otherwise open Search tracking to find the search, or Return to application files. Do not pay again: first refresh amounts and keep the Stripe receipt only when a payment exists.

ReisMaker limits retention of sensitive data. When private mode is available, it avoids durably keeping resumes, letters, and detailed history. The Privacy page explains export and deletion from the account: export prepares a local copy and deletion requires email confirmation.

Sending permission is limited to applications you prepare in ReisMaker. It does not let ReisMaker read, monitor, or delete your other email. No message is sent without your approval.

Stop before payment or external sending if the price, deliverable, or destination is unclear. Keep the account email, application-file name, error message, and Stripe receipt only when a payment exists.
