Service provided

• ReisMaker ranking of job postings based on criteria provided by the user.
• Ranking and explanation of matches when job-posting data allows it.
• Resume optimization for a target occupation or selected job posting.
• Creation of tailored cover letters and reviewable application files.

Pay-per-use billing

The amount, currency, service, and version of the terms are displayed before each paid operation. There is no subscription: the minimum top-up is CAD 3.00. A job search costs CAD 0.59, a tailored cover letter CAD 0.69, resume optimization CAD 1.19, and an application package CAD 1.99. Paid results remain locked until the corresponding payment or debit is confirmed. Unavailable financial data is never displayed as a zero balance.

At initial launch, sales and the wallet are available only to adults whose service residence is in Quebec. A search may still target jobs elsewhere in Canada or the United States. Another province or country is not accepted as a billing residence.

Wallet and credits

The wallet is an internal prepayment mechanism in Canadian dollars, not a currency, investment, or bank account. The currency is locked to CAD and no automatic conversion is performed. Each top-up creates a distinct purchased lot, consumed from oldest to newest. Purchased balances do not expire, earn interest, or incur inactivity or account-maintenance fees.

Promotional credits are separate from purchased funds and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. A purchased lot cannot be transferred to another user.

Contract confirmation

Before payment, ReisMaker presents the service, price, currency, applicable taxes, these terms, and the privacy policy. After a confirmed payment, a durable copy of the contract and receipt must be sent to the account's verified email and remain downloadable and printable. If this confirmation cannot be produced, commercial opening and payment remain blocked.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in the profile, resume, criteria, and manually entered job postings.
• Review every resume, letter, and instruction before providing it to an employer.
• Follow the rules of job platforms and contacted employers.
• Do not use the service to automate prohibited or misleading submissions.

Limits of controlled access

The service helps prepare and prioritize applications, but does not guarantee an interview, job offer, response time, or complete accuracy of third-party data. Payment, tax, authentication, and production-data integrations are enabled only when configured, verified, and compatible with service controls.

ReisMaker does not automate LinkedIn or Indeed: no scraping, submission, or messaging occurs there without explicit human action on the relevant platform. You keep credentials, codes, CAPTCHAs, and access controls in your own browser; ReisMaker does not request these secrets or bypass platform protections.

Controlled access

Access may remain limited by a private code during product validation. ReisMaker may refuse or limit abusive, automated, misleading use or use contrary to job-platform rules.

Support

For a payment question, locked deliverable, or technical error, use the support channel confirmed in your invitation or payment tracking, with the account email, Stripe receipt if available, and paid-action context. Support first handles payment, unlocking, generation, and account-access issues.

ReisMaker may offer a correction, regeneration, or verification help for a paid deliverable. Support complements human review before any external use of the application file.

Refund policy

This version of the refund policy, dated August 1, 2026, applies only to wallet top-ups and services purchased on or after that date when this version was displayed and accepted before purchase. Earlier purchases remain governed by the policy and version accepted when they were purchased. No new restriction applies retroactively.

For purchases governed by this version, ReisMaker provides no voluntary refund for a simple change of mind. When the wallet’s total purchased balance, calculated across all unused purchased lots, is CAD 5.00 or less, that balance is refunded in full on request, with no fee or deduction. When the total purchased balance is more than CAD 5.00, it is not refundable for a simple change of mind. No refund is automatic.

A service that has been fully performed and whose deliverable has been made accessible is not voluntarily refundable for a change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, no interview, or no employment. No guarantee of employment, an interview, or an employer response is offered.

These limits do not reduce any mandatory right. Depending on applicable law, ReisMaker corrects, recredits, or refunds cases including a duplicate debit, a price different from the accepted price, a technical failure with no usable deliverable, a non-conforming service, or valid cancellation of a distance contract. Before a service is fully performed, the customer retains the cancellation right under articles 2125 and 2129 of the Civil Code of Québec; ReisMaker returns any advance exceeding what has been earned, subject to costs, expenses, the value of work performed, and damages permitted by law. When a distance contract is validly cancelled, amounts collected are refunded within 15 days.

The refunded amount is returned to the original payment method when available; otherwise, it is paid through a lawful method agreed after verification. If Stripe confirms payment but no usable deliverable is accessible, support verifies the transaction and applies the appropriate remedy. ReisMaker may require reasonable identity and transaction verification without obstructing a mandatory right. Fraud, abuse, a terms violation, or abusive chargeback activity may be investigated, but does not extinguish a mandatory right.

Artificial-intelligence processing

DeepSeek is ReisMaker’s sole artificial-intelligence engine for job searches, resumes, letters, and application packages. Before the first request, the user must accept a separate, versioned, revocable notice. ReisMaker removes or replaces direct identifiers, refuses financial information, secrets, and prohibited sensitive categories, sends only the content needed, and reinserts values locally at WHC. Pseudonymized content may be processed outside Quebec and Canada, including in the People’s Republic of China, and remains personal information when it can be linked to the account. ReisMaker treats the standard Open Platform Terms and DeepSeek Terms of Use as the written agreement applicable to the service. They allow Inputs and Outputs to be used to a minimal extent to provide, maintain, operate, develop, or improve the services only after encryption, strict de-identification, and irreversibility of identification, and they announce a way to opt out of that improvement. Consent complements the privacy impact assessment, the agreement, and the technical safeguards; it does not replace them.
